The COST members have been very active in organising 7 special sessions for upcoming international conferences. The main focus is NeWSp during the COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts on peripheries (including rural areas), gender issues, commuting and well-being.   Among the 6 sessions, a closed special session is organised at RSA 2021 to discuss the outcomes of the first two years of our Action (CA18214) (see below). Thanks to the organisers’ efforts, and welcome to the participants and their abstracts!
